National Night Out |

The Tyrrell Safe Neighborhoods and Hot Line are joining together and participating in "National Night Out". The event will be held Tuesday, August 3, 2010 from 5-7 pm at the Playground on Highway 64/Scuppernong Drive in Columbia. "National Night Out" is a crime prevention event involving over 37 million people in over 15,000 communities nationwide joining forces to "promote police-community partnerships: crime, drug and violence prevention; safety; and neighborhood unity." All children and parents in the community are welcome to enjoy food and games and meet our new Safety Canine, IRKO. |
